ALAN E. ACHATZ, CCM, CHE
The majority of businesses and clubs do not have the resources to employ a full time safety director and this fact has possible negative consequences. Many managers believe that their insurance agent and / or their insurance company are providing all the necessary operational safety insights. YET the question that should be asked, is: “What does your insurance agent or the underwriter know about the club industry? What do they know about your specific operation?”. Alan Achatz brings his unique experiences of 25 years of working in all types of private clubs – city, country, university and yacht. This background coupled with the knowledge obtained as an OSHA General Industry Outreach Trainer and operating a club safety consultancy since 1997 brings specific operational safety solutions to your club.
